Real app, real taps. Nothing mocked up.

The problem

You own a camera and keep shooting the same photo

The gear is there, the ideas are not. “Go out and shoot” is not a plan, and random prompt lists online do not say how to approach the shot or what to practise.

Who it is for

  • Beginners who want a reason to pick up the camera every day
  • Phone photographers ready to try more than snapshots
  • Intermediate shooters stuck in one genre
  • Camera clubs and teachers looking for assignments

Before

  • No idea what to shoot
  • Prompts with no guidance
  • Practice that fades after a week

With Photo Challenges

  • A real brief every day
  • A technique tip with each one
  • A day counter and achievements

How it works

  1. 1

FAQ

Questions people ask

What are good photography challenges for beginners?

Short, concrete ones that teach one thing at a time: shoot reflections after rain, a portrait by window light, leading lines on your street. The beginner level has 50 of them, each with a tip on how to approach it.

Are the challenges generated by AI?

No. The library is written by hand: 158 challenges in themes such as composition, light, colour, street, portrait, macro, night, motion, minimalism, storytelling, phone-only photography, architecture, landscape and product.

How does a challenge run work?

Choose a focus area, a level and a goal length. You get one challenge card per day from the library for that choice and a daily tip. A run you have started stays saved until you finish it.

Can I do the challenges with a phone?

Yes. Many work with any camera, and there are challenges written for phone-only photography.

Are the challenges suitable for beginners?

Yes. Challenges progress from beginner to expert. Start easy and work your way up.

How long is a challenge?

1, 3, 7, 10, 14, 21 or 30 days, and 60 days for the general, creative and technical areas.

Is my progress saved?

Yes, in your browser on that device, with achievements for finished runs and explored areas.

What language are the challenges in?

English.
