How long should you hold each pose in Sun Salutation A?
Usually one breath per movement, with a longer hold in Downward-Facing Dog. The built-in Sun Salutation A sets a hold time for each of its 12 poses, about two and a half minutes per round, and you can edit the times.
Does it include pose sequences?
Yes: Sun Salutation A (12 poses), Gentle Morning (10), Evening Wind-down (9) and Desk Break (11). Each pose has a hold time and a short cue, sided poses come as a right and left pair, and you can repeat a sequence up to five times. There are no photos or videos of the poses, only names and cues.
Can I make my own sequence?
Yes. Add, remove, duplicate and reorder poses, and set each pose’s name, side, hold time (5 seconds to 30 minutes) and cue. Built-in sequences are read-only, but you can save an editable copy.
Can it announce poses?
Optionally. If your browser supports speech, it says each pose name and announces the next pose when 5 seconds remain on longer holds. Voice is off by default.
Can I use it as a meditation timer?
Yes. Set any session from 1 to 120 minutes, with a preparation countdown, an optional breathing guide and a bowl, bell or gong.
Does it work offline?
Once loaded, the timer keeps running without an internet connection.
Will my screen turn off during practice?
The app asks the browser to keep the screen awake while it runs, where the browser allows it.
Is it medical advice?
No. It is a timer. Listen to your body and stop if something hurts.
