By accessing or using 360APPS (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

360APPS is a web application platform that provides access to a collection of 50+ productivity, creative, and utility web applications. Our services include:

• Free apps available to all registered users
• Premium apps available through subscription or one-time purchase
• AI-powered applications
• Local-processing privacy-focused tools

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

360APPS offers the following access options:

• Ultimate Pass (Monthly) – Access to all apps, billed monthly
• Ultimate Pass (Yearly) – Access to all apps, billed annually (discounted)
• Lifetime Pass – One-time purchase for permanent access
• Individual App Subscriptions – Access to specific apps

Individual App Purchases – Unlimited Access to specific apps

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Payment is processed through Stripe
• Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes

4.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will retain access until the end of your paid period

5. Free Trial

• Trial duration is specified at signup (typically 5 days)
• Only one trial is allowed per user
• Full access to premium features during the trial period
• No payment required to start a trial

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refunds if:

• You were charged in error
• A technical issue prevented you from using the service for the period
• You request within 7 days of initial purchase (first-time subscribers only)

6.2 Lifetime Pass

Lifetime Pass purchases are refundable within 7 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots) to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious content or malware
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content are owned by 360APPS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial or commercial purposes (the end result of your creations) while your subscription is active.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or download while using our apps. Many of our apps process content locally in your browser — for these apps, your content never leaves your device.

10. Disclaimers

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All defects will be immediately corrected

That said, we are committed to providing a secure experience. We actively monitor for security issues, apply regular updates, and follow industry best practices to keep the Service safe.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 360APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the Service.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the “Last Updated” date.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
